Project Description
In 2008 Ultimate Sack was a prototype in a basement and OuterBox came to see it. This was the beginning of what is for OuterBox, one of most exciting brands we've had the pleasure to work on. Ultimate Sack was looking for everything, from a logo to ways to market their product, and wanted OuterBox to come up with ideas. The relationship began with an initial logo, website developed and search engine marketing. Over the years we've evolved together greatly going through three websites and a complete re-brand.
Branding & Logo Design
A logo redesign was the beginning of the new Ultimate Sack campaign. Creating a bold, recognizable icon, was the goal in the redesign. With a much more professional look, Ultimate Sack was ready to move forward into a big 2010 year.
Ads & Promotion Design
Promotions designed for Ultimate Sack are updated 2 times per week, increasing conversion rates and creating a sense of urgency.

Video Production
Creating a fun video that could be shared via YouTube and social media was a big part of building the UltimateSack.com name. The video below was viewed over 14,000 times in the first 30 days. It was also shared on Facebook more than 225 times.
Conversion Optimization
Ultimate Sack, currently on version 3 of the website, was looking to create an easy-to-use eCommerce ordering system. The Web 2.0 website was created that allows users to choose their size, color and customize their product. The conversion rate in November of 2010 compared to November of 2009 was up 23%! (1.89% compared to 1.54%) boosting holiday sales.
Organic Search Engine Optimization
In the bean bag chair market the keyword "bean bags" is the most popular keyword. Ranking for "bean bags" was a huge 2010 goal that was successful. High traffic keywords with first page rankings are listed below. Organic search engine traffic in November of 2010 compared to November of 2009 was up 177.75%! (from 2,125 to 5,902)

For Ultimate Sack, Cyber Monday is one of the biggest days of the year. In 2009 their cost per conversion was $74 dollars. This means each order placed cost Ultimate Sack $74 in Google AdWords funds. The 2010 goal was to increase conversion and lower the cost per conversion. OuterBox was successful in achieving a 2.77% conversion rate and a $42 cost per conversion.
