Meta Ads: Patient Interest Up 40%, New-Patient Exposure Up 92%
We restructured Facebook and Instagram campaigns for an urgent care network with hundreds of in-person clinic locations.
The Challenge
Patients need access to high-quality, compassionate care wherever they live. Rural communities, in particular, can be underserved. Our client helps close that gap through its in-person clinics.
When we took over the urgent care network’s Facebook and Instagram advertising, the Meta Ads account was fragmented and unstandardized. That structure made it harder to see what was working and left opportunities on the table.
We needed a segmented approach that gave the team control, efficiency, and a clearer view of performance at each location. Much of the client’s business comes from urgent care visits; ad visibility and site traffic are key metrics for exposure and patient interest.
The Results
The urgent care network provides in-person and often walk-in healthcare services. Primary conversions happen offline, and brand engagement and traffic were particularly important.
The highly segmented Facebook Ads structure was vital to the client’s visibility across hundreds of markets. Comparing performance before and after the restructure, we saw more patients express online interest in the urgent care network and greater exposure to new patients.

Measured before and after the account restructure.
