Get the conversation started on your own time. You’ll receive a short series of questions to answer via video. This gives us the chance to get to know you and for you to show your personality before meeting face-to-face.
Recruiter Screening
You’ll next meet with a member of our Recruiting team for an introductory call. Here we’ll cover the basics of the role, learn more about your background, and answer any early questions you have about OBx and the opportunity.
Hiring Manager Interview
This conversation dives deeper into your experience, skills, and approach to your work. Expect a two-way dialogue as we want to ensure this role is a right fit for you.
Presentation/Exercise with Hiring Team
