Craig Smith is the Chief Strategy Officer at OuterBox where he works to help customers maximize their revenue potential through digital optimization growth levers. Prior to joining OuterBox, Craig had a career in the eCommerce and digital marketing industry spanning over two decades. Craig was the founder and CEO of Trinity, a leading eCommerce optimization agency, which he ran for 17 years before exiting to private equity and rolling into the OuterBox platform. Before founding Trinity, Craig gained valuable experience in various roles related to eCommerce and digital strategy, working as a Strategist at eBay Enterprise and as an eCommerce Consultant at CIGNA. Craig's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State University and an MBA in eCommerce from Temple University. He is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events including eTail, Internet Retailer, eCommerce Summit, and B2B Online.
