Does Google Analytics 4 have form tracking?

GA4 will track the number of form submissions through its “key events” (formerly conversions), but it does not capture the form field data or identify duplicates. LOOP tracks not just the number of forms, but collects the form field data and shows the channel(s) tied to each conversion in one place.

What is an ISP?
