Scratches Happen’s product page lacked engaging elements and action indicators, as well as an effective hierarchy of information. In pursuit of creating a more compelling page, OuterBox created a new design with more dynamic elements to encourage user add to cart.

OuterBox put together a proof of concept test incorporating a number of changes proposed by OuterBox’s design team and the Scratches Happen team. This included reorganized page elements, additional engaging elements (like value propositions and an FAQ section), and incorporated clear action indicators.

Higher Progression
Scratches Happen’s product pages not only now look more engaging, but they are also easier for users to navigate. These pages now present more clear action indicators, better value propositions, and also answer questions through an FAQ section.
