Unclaimed Baggage needed a custom form built in order to integrate with Shopify account setup. As their email program grew they added a Birthday email pop-up as well as an SMS-Only popup to add phone numbers to users who had already submitted an email address.

Unclaimed Baggage had explored other standalone SMS tools but ultimately had us integrate SMS into their Klavio email program to have the full customer view and allow for email and SMS behavioral segmentation.
When Unclaimed Baggage approached us, they had a young email program and were new to Klaviyo. Through our long term partnership, they’ve grown a constant stream of new contacts across email and SMS.
